A4 & A3 Paper Prints:

A1 & A2 Paper Prints:
Epson Enhanced Matt Fine Art Giclée prints. This premium, archival printing style offers exceptional quality to ensure that our larger prints maintain crisp detailing.

What Canvas Do You Use?
Crafted with precision, our premium Giclée canvases feature pigment inks and are meticulously printed on archival Matt Hahnemühle Cézanne Canvas. This canvas boasts a natural white hue without any optical brighteners, ensuring 100% Pure Cotton quality. Perfect for both photography and fine art reproduction, it delivers impeccable print results with vivid colour and intricate detail.
All canvas prints prints are mounted onto a 23mm stretcher bar.
Sides of the stretcher bar will have a mirror-effect printed finish of the main image (no visible white edges).
What Framing Options Do You Have?
Material: Obeche Wood, pasted to triplex. With a natural, black or white show grain finish.
A4 & A3 Frames:

Can I expedite my order?
At this time, we offer standard shipping only. However, if you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do ship our art internationally. Shipping costs and times will vary based on the destination, and these details will be calculated. However, before you order please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard. All transactions on our site are secure and encrypted.

Refund & Returns
Can I return my order?
At Ayah Creative Studio, we understand the importance of receiving your products in perfect condition. However, since all products are made-to order, they are non-returnable.
Damaged Goods & Replacements?
In the rare event of incorrect orders or damaged items upon arrival, replacements are promptly manufactured and dispatched at no expense to you. For damaged items, kindly provide photographic proof upon receipt of your order. Please note, replacements cannot be facilitated if the package is not inspected upon delivery and notification is to be given within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Can I Exchange or Refund Sale Items?
Sale items purchased at a discounted price may not be eligible for refunds. However, we stand by the quality of our products. If a sale item arrives damaged, we'll gladly replace it. Simply send us photographic evidence of the damage upon receipt. Please note, replacements cannot be facilitated if the package is not inspected upon delivery and notification is to be given within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Can I Exchange My Order
All print products are made-to-order, therefore we do not offer exchanges for other products.
What If I Placed The Wrong Order?
In the event of a customer ordering an incorrect item and it goes to print, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
